Booking & cancellation policy

A deposit is taken at the time of booking to secure your slot. It comes off the total price of your treatment on the day.

Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel with more than 48 hours notice.

Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to move or cancel your appointment. You can message me on WhatsApp or Instagram.

Cancellations inside 48 hours, or appointments missed without notice, mean the deposit is retained.

If you're running late, let me know. I'll always do my best, but if more than 15 minutes of your slot is lost I may need to shorten or rebook the treatment so the rest of the day isn't affected.

After booking you'll get a private link to complete a consent form for each treatment you've chosen. It covers your medical history, the risks and the aftercare.

Forms need to be completed before your appointment. If anything in your medical history changes between booking and your visit, please tell me.

Some treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or alongside certain medical conditions and medications. If an assessment shows a treatment isn't right for you, I'll say so and we'll look at alternatives — your deposit is refunded or moved in that case.

Treatments are only carried out on adults aged 18 and over.

Results vary between individuals and no specific outcome can be guaranteed. Anti-wrinkle treatment takes up to 14 days to settle; a review appointment can be arranged if needed.

Your booking details, medical history and signed consent forms are stored securely and used only for your care. They are never shared for marketing.
